Abraxas were tasked to design the kitchen, fabricate bespoke stainless steel tables, supply and install a range of new cooking equipment, warewashing equipment and hygienic wall cladding. The Cooking suite, comprising a range of Lincat and Lainox Commercial Catering Equipment was carefully designed to give the chefs a smooth and efficient work place, thereby speeding up the entire food production process and greatly increasing customer service time. A new dedicated corner ware washing system was specified and incorporates a Comenda Pass Through Dishwasher. We also supplied and fitted a Hygienic PVC Wall Cladding system which created a bright and clean environment within the kitchen and reduced cleaning time each day.
