Brooke’s Bar And Bistro At Dudley Town Hall
Brooke’s Bar and Bistro is a grade II* listed restaurant steeped in history, located in the heart of Dudley Town Centre. Previously the borough’s Sessions Court and later Magistrates Court. Brooke’s Bistro is now a welcoming and comfortable place for you to relax, socialise and enjoy great food and drink. Abraxas were delighted to be involved in designing and installing the new kitchen and food preparation space at Brooke’s Bar and Bistro.

How were Abraxas Involved?
Abraxas were involved with the project team from the first zoom meeting in June 2020 working with the Council on the design and specification of the extraction system, main kitchen, front of house café and bar areas. Working with their main contractor JR Slee, we managed the project through to completion and on to the official opening by the Mayor of Dudley.
