The Challenge
Alder Coppice Primary School was operating with an outdated kitchen extraction and ventilation system that was no longer fit for purpose. The existing setup was inefficient, ageing, and unable to support the school’s evolving catering requirements effectively.
In addition, the school wanted to modernise its kitchen by moving away from gas appliances and transitioning to a safer, more energy-efficient all-electric catering environment.
