Project: Hobsons Brewery Date: April 2014 Producers of great ale and now great food. Hobsons had plans of opening a new sustainable tasting room for guests and events. This galley kitchen allows the chefs to produce fine tasting meals using locally sourced foods. Although not a complex kitchen in terms of equipment this proved to be a real eye catcher of a kitchen. Encompassing the pub look along side a commercial kitchen and to really stand out the Hobsons Brewery logo featured on the stainless steel extraction canopy.
